Compensation: $115,000 + Bonus

Corporate Tax Senior –
One of our global clients in the New York Metro area is looking to add a Tax Senior to their tax team. The right candidate will be an integral part of the tax compliance and tax accounting process and become a key member within the finance department.

Responsibilities –

* Responsible for the preparation of quarterly and annual income tax compliance, provisions,
including supporting workpapers
* Preparation of federal, state and local corporate and partnership tax returns
* Review and reconcile federal and E&P tax depreciation reports
* Assist in research and modelling of OECD Pillar 2 tax planning.
* Assist with coordination of tax payments for estimated taxes, extension payments, tax            return payments, etc.
* Prepare taxable income projections
* Collaborate with members of global tax team and greater finance organization to ensure
* Completeness of tax analyses
* Assist with income tax audits at the Federal and State level
* Take part in tax planning projects
* Special projects as needed

Requirements –

* BS/BA degree in accounting or a related discipline
* Minimum of 3 years of experience
* Familiarity with technology and automation with a willingness to improve processes
* Good communication skills
* Strong skills in the Microsoft Office and/or the Google suite including the ability to
prepare robust Excel models and the ability to learn new software platforms
* An attitude that champions collaboration, but also the ability to get the job done on your
own when necessary
* Desire to drive constant improvement and perform with the best
