We are currently in search for a Senior Manager, International Tax for a global Entertainment/Sports organization in New Jersey. The company is a leader in their space and has enjoyed significant growth over the last few years . Primary responsibilities will include all aspects of International Tax compliance, planning, tax research and supporting the tax function for the organization.

 Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Position will be responsible for leading the quarterly and annual calculation of Subpart F, GILTI, BEAT, FDII and FTC for tax provision purposes, identifies transactions that have tax implications, and model the impact of various planning scenarios on the company’s tax profile.
• Review all aspects of International Tax compliance & research, forms 8865, 1118, 5471, 8858, 8832
• Excellent Communication and analytical skills
• Ten years combined public accounting and/or corporate experience with a focus on International Tax Compliance experience as well as a quantitative background.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• CPA strongly preferred.
