Our client is a multinational company in the finance space actively seeking a Tax Executive with a background in the Private Equity/M&A space to be placed at their headquarters in New York City. The ideal candidate will be versed in partnership and corporate tax and experienced in addressing tax implications of complex commercial transactions, structuring mergers and acquisitions, business formations, debt and equity financings, workouts and restructurings, private fund formation, private equity and venture capital transactions.
Qualifications:
- Tax JD/LLM or CPA/MST preferred
- 7+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or large CPA firm
- Experience in financial services industry
