Description:

• Responsibilities include tax planning, compliance and income tax accounting for the company and their entities.
• Review and/or prep of federal, state and local income tax returns, including international forms, estimated income tax payments and extension filings.
• Preparation of ASC 740 tax provision calculations and analyses; assisting with various tax projects and tax research.
• Preparation of disclosures for the consolidated year-end and quarterly financial statements.
• Assist Tax Team on indirect tax compliance and related matters on a global basis.
• Assist with compliance and documentation in connection with Sarbanes-Oxley.
• Assist with federal and state income tax examinations.
• Participate in tax research and assist with tax planning related to special projects and business transactions.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of applicable public accounting and/or industry experience
• Proficient with tax preparation software (Corptax or OneSource)
• Undergraduate accounting degree required
• CPA/MST is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work independently under conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
