A Global pharmaceutical client, headquartered in NJ is looking for a  Tax Manager to oversee the filing of their Federal and state tax returns. Company offers good work-life balance, competitive compensation, and great benefits/incentives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare, review the Federal and state income tax returns and extensions.
• Calculate Schedule M adjustments.
• Calculate federal and state quarterly estimated tax payments.
• Respond to IRS and state notices, as well as manage Federal & state audits.
• Take an active part in tax planning & research projects from a Federal & state prospective.
• Stay current on any new tax law changes and legislation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA/MST preferred
• Big4/National public accounting or public/private background
• Minimum of 5 years corporate tax compliance experience
• Proficient with Tax software and Office Suite
