Our client, a New York Metro area public accounting firm is looking to bring on a Partner in their tax practice. Firm is looking for a Strong Sr Manager/Tax Director or Partner that will step into existing books of business.
Experience in the review/preparation of tax returns for individual, closely held businesses, pass thru entities, S-Corps, & LLCs. This individual will be required to maintain strong client relationships, supervise & develop staff and elevate the Tax Service Line for the firm.
- 12+ years of relevant experience working for a Big 4, large national or regional accounting firm.
- 5+ years of in a managerial capacity.
- Experience with closely held businesses & their owners.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
- Experience with tax preparation software required – ProFx, BNA Income Tax Planner, and Go Systems desired. Experience with research tools required – RIA Checkpoint and CCH desired.
