Responsibilities:

• Review and Preparation of income tax work papers, estimated payments, etc.
• Review and preparation of complex federal and state partnership returns
• Provide assistance with investor analysis, forecasts and projected payments
• Review and organize specific filings and expenses including various tax filings and tax accounting
• Evaluate and monitor judicial developments that affect the company’s tax position
• Provide effective solutions for tax issues that arise from acquisitions, dispositions and financing
• Assist in the quarterly and year-end tax provision process
• Conduct research on several federal income and state and local tax issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Must have at least 3 years of relevant tax experience
• Experience with investment management
