COMPENSATION $90,000- $110,000
Our client, a global manufacturing client, is seeking a Tax Senior to join their team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the preparation and filing of our corporate income tax returns, extensions and estimated payments.
Salary: $90k-$110k
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and review the US consolidated federal income tax returns, US international tax forms, state income and franchise tax returns
- Prepare quarterly and annual US provision for income taxes under IFRS
- Respond to inquiries and notices from IRS and other taxing authorities
- Perform, document and summarize research and conclusions regarding specific tax issues
- Assist upper management with SOX related items
- Remain up-to-date on current tax practices and changes in tax law
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting required.
- CPA designation preferred
- 4+ years of relevant tax compliance experience
